When Ritu Mehta started Nexifyr, the idea was simple but powerful.
Over the years, she had seen how much impact the right hire can make in an organisation and how costly the wrong one can be. She also saw how often great candidates and great companies miss each other because of unclear roles, slow hiring processes, or misaligned expectations.

Ritu comes from a strong business background as a Chartered Accountant , but her real passion has always been working with people and organisations at moments of growth and transition.
