When  Ritu Mehta  started Nexifyr, the idea was simple but powerful.

Over the years, she had seen how much impact the  right hire  can make in an organisation and how costly the wrong one can be. She also saw how often great candidates and great companies miss each other because of unclear roles, slow hiring processes, or misaligned expectations.

Nexifyr was created to change that.

Ritu comes from a strong business background as a  Chartered Accountant , but her real passion has always been working with people and organisations at moments of growth and transition. This combination of financial discipline and human insight allows her to understand both sides of the equation: what businesses truly need and what professionals are looking for in their careers.

Through Nexifyr, Ritu works closely with  founders, leadership teams, and growing companies , helping them build high-performing teams through thoughtful recruiting, leadership hiring, corporate training, and executive coaching.

Her approach is practical and deeply relationship-driven. Instead of transactional hiring, she focuses on understanding the organisation, the leadership mindset, and the long-term vision behind every role.

Over time, Nexifyr has become a trusted partner for companies looking to hire  technology talent, senior functional leaders, and specialists who can drive real impact .

Alongside her work with organisations, Ritu is also a  certified coach and mentor , guiding professionals through leadership growth, career transitions, and business challenges.
